Welcome to Ads Editor. These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of our ad management platform for Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads. By using our service, you agree to these Terms. We recommend that you read them in full.
1. Acceptance of the Terms
By accessing or using the Ads Editor platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and by our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use our Service.
By connecting your Meta, Google or TikTok ad accounts, you also agree to comply with:

2. Description of the Service
Ads Editor is a SaaS (Software as a Service) platform that allows users to:
2.1. Main Features
- Ad Management: Create, edit, pause and delete campaigns, ad sets and ads in Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
- Bulk Budget Editing: Adjust the budgets of multiple campaigns at the same time
- Creative Upload: Upload images and videos to use in ads
- Ad Creation from Instagram Links: Turn Instagram posts into ads
- Metrics Dashboard: View insights and performance (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, ROAS)
- Automated Rules: Run automated actions based on configurable rules
- AI Optimization: Smart budget adjustment based on historical performance
- Public Reports: Generate report links with consolidated Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads data
2.2. Integrations
- Meta Marketing API: for managing Facebook/Instagram ads
- Google Ads API: for managing Google/YouTube ads
- TikTok Marketing API: for managing TikTok ads
- Facebook Login (OAuth 2.0): for secure authentication
- Google OAuth 2.0: for authentication and access to Google Ads accounts
- TikTok OAuth 2.0: for access to the TikTok ad accounts you authorize
- Instagram Business API: for access to insights and content
3. Eligibility
To use our Service, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid Facebook, Google and/or TikTok account
- Have access to at least one ad account (Meta, Google or TikTok)
- Have adequate permissions to manage the ad accounts you connect
- Be in compliance with the advertising policies of the integrated platforms
- Not be banned or restricted by Meta, Google or TikTok
Important: you are responsible for making sure you are authorized to manage the connected ad accounts. We are not responsible for unauthorized access.
4. User Account
4.1. Authentication
Access to the platform is through your own email and password, stored with a bcrypt hash, or through social login (Facebook or Google). Ad accounts, on the other hand, are connected through OAuth 2.0 (Meta, Google and TikTok), always on the provider's own website: we never see the password of your ad account.
4.2. User Responsibilities
- Keep your account on Ads Editor and on the connected platforms secure
- Not share access credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- Be responsible for all activities under your account
- Provide accurate information when using the Service
4.3. Revoking Access
You can revoke the platform's access at any time:
- Meta: Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
- Google: My Google Account → Third-party apps with account access
- TikTok: TikTok Business Center → Settings → Partners and apps
5. Acceptable Use
5.1. You may use the Service to
- Manage legitimate advertising campaigns in Meta Ads, Google Ads and TikTok Ads
- Optimize ad budgets and performance
- Create professional ads for your business or clients
- Analyze performance metrics
- Automate repetitive ad management tasks
5.2. You may not use the Service to
- Violate the advertising policies of Meta, Google or TikTok (prohibited, discriminatory or misleading content)
- Create fraudulent ads or spam
- Access ad accounts without the owner's authorization
- Reverse engineer the platform
- Use unauthorized bots, scrapers or automations
- Overload our systems with excessive requests
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Circumvent usage limits or restrictions of the integrated APIs
- Collect data from other users without consent
- Transmit malware, viruses or malicious code
Violation: if we detect misuse, we may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1. Our Content
All rights, title and interest in the Ads Editor platform, including the interface, design, source code, brand, logos and documentation, are the exclusive property of Ads Editor and its licensors.
6.2. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload (images, videos, texts, campaign settings).
Limited license: by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive and revocable license to process your content solely to provide the services you request.
We do not permanently store uploaded creatives. After upload to the ad platforms, temporary files are removed from our servers.
6.3. Third-Party Trademarks
Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok and related logos are registered trademarks of their respective companies. Our use of them is solely for integration and identification purposes.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1. Service "As Is"
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranties of any kind.
7.2. Limitation of Damages
Under no circumstances will we be liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue or data
- Indirect, incidental or consequential damages
- Excessive ad spend due to incorrect settings
- Suspension or banning of accounts on Meta, Google or TikTok
- Violations of the advertising policies of the integrated platforms
- Problems with third-party APIs or unavailability of the integrated services
7.3. Responsibility for Use
You are fully responsible for:
- Making sure your ads comply with the Meta Advertising Policies, the Google Ads policies and the TikTok Ads policies
- Monitoring spend and budgets
- Checking settings before publishing ads
- Complying with local advertising and consumer protection laws
- Obtaining the permissions required to use images/videos in ads
8. Integration with Third-Party Platforms
8.1. Dependence on External APIs
The platform depends on the Meta Marketing API, the Google Ads API and the TikTok Marketing API. We have no control over:
- API availability
- Changes to the platforms' policies or terms
- Rate limits imposed
- Approval or rejection of ads by the review systems
8.2. API Changes
The platforms may change, discontinue or restrict access to their APIs. We will make our best effort to adapt the platform, but we do not guarantee continued compatibility.
9. Payments and Billing
9.1. Business Model
Ads Editor operates with monthly and annual plans. Current plans, prices and limits are available on the My Subscription page.
Important: advertising costs (ad spend) are charged directly by Meta, Google or TikTok to your ad accounts. We do not process or charge for ad spend.
9.2. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time in the billing area. Access remains active until the end of the paid period.
10. Cancellation and Termination
10.1. Cancellation by the User
You can stop using the Service at any time:
- By logging out and canceling your subscription
- By revoking access in your Meta, Google or TikTok settings
- By requesting data deletion by email at [email protected]
10.2. Cancellation by Us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You violate Meta, Google or TikTok policies
- We detect fraudulent or malicious activity
- Your use harms other users
- We are required to do so by law or court order
11. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make significant changes:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- We will notify you by email (if provided)
- We will display a notice within the platform
- You will have 30 days to review the changes
Continued use = acceptance: if you continue using the Service after the effective date of the changes, you agree to the new Terms.
12. Privacy and Data Protection
Our collection, use and protection of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of these Terms.
13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the judicial district where Ads Editor is headquartered, with express waiver of any other.
14. General Provisions
14.1. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Ads Editor.
14.2. Severability
If any provision is held to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
14.3. Assignment
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent.
